Dear Customers,
Having spent a while trying to figure out the Checkout Issue (its special name), we realised that there was a very simple solution. It was slap bang in front of us, and because we were expecting a fix that would require ages of tweaking, we seemed to overlook a very simple solution.
I won't bore you all with the details, but I can happily say that the store is now up and running as normal. Any discount codes that you may have uncovered in your virtual travels can be used as normal, and all products are purchasable!

Checkout Issue - Sorted!

Checkout Issue
Dear Customers,
At the moment, the website is having a bit of a hiccup! There seems to be an issue with the checkout, that doesn't allow you to proceed once you've made an account, and filled in your address details.
You will see the following message:
"Sorry, we are not shipping to your region at this time. Please contact us for alternative arrangements."
We understand that this must be a complete pain, and we are also scratching our heads over it. However, we are putting all our effort into sorting this out, and we should have it fixed by the end of today (fingers crossed!).
So until then, if you desperately need to place an order for something, say for example, you need something before the weekend, you can email us at support@caesartrading.co.uk, and we will still be able to process your order. We will send you an invoice for the order via PayPal, and you can pay it that way - nice and easy!
Just make sure that you've created an account with us first, so that we can add your order to the account (for boring yet important financial reasons).
Once the issue has been fixed, I will say so on this blog. If you want to be notified of the fix, then please create an account, and select the 'Subscribe to Newsletter' option. We will send an email to all subscribers as a notification.
